Katy is the Office Manager at Ridgeway. She is responsible for the accounting, administration and logistics for Ridgeway.

Katy previously worked as a manager in the financial and medical underwriting sectors.

Katy has a Masters in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy where some of her studies have focused on organisational dynamics and structures.
